Generally, the person who commits suicide
used to/liked to leave a suicide note naming certain
person as responsible for his committing suicide.
Merely because ... merely because a person who has
committed suicide has left a suicide note
immediately one cannot jump to a conclusion that it
is enough
resulted in the commission of suicide by deceased Pranab Kumar Nag.
7. Apart from the suicide note, there is no allegation made by the complainant ... whether there was any abetment to commit suicide or not?
31. From the perusal of the suicide note, it appears that
purpose the learned counsel for the petitioner
took me through the suicide note dated 04.12.2007, the

and microscopic examination of the
