suicide but could not succeed in his said attempt. He also stated that he
had written a suicide note in his house ... tearing them from a copy
stating it to be his alleged suicide note which he wrote before allegedly

Allen Victor was found
dead and his wife Elizabeth produced three suicide notes to ASI

consuming poison, which he had described in his suicide note also.
PW1 further stated that

30. Now, it is pertinent to look at the suicide note Ex. P1, in which the

1.3 The suicide note
noted. It is
an admitted fact that deceased committed suicide. She
left behind a suicide note which was Ex.A3 which was
proved ... committing suicide as she
had lost faith in life and just wanted to die and was thus
hanging herself. In the suicide note she also
that his father had committed suicide. He also came to
know that his father had left a Suicide Note in which names of both ... suicide as he was in Surat at the relevant time. He identified
handwriting of his father i.e. deceased Radhey Shyam in Suicide Note
performed. She
could not bear that shock and committed suicide.
She left the suicide note blaming accused Vipin Jain
and his father Raj Pal Jain ... deceased, who
proved the handwriting of her daughter on the
suicide note Ex.PW2/B and diary written by her
daughter
