suicide note does not call for pre-trial custody or custodial interrogation of these ladies
demands. The investigation further reveals that two days before
the date of suicide, her husband had slapped her, and her

evidence by way of any complaint or otherwise of cruelty, or
beatings, and the absence of suicide note
