abetment of
suicide as well as abetment of attempt to commit suicide.
Thus, even where the punishment for attempt to commit
suicide is not considered ... crime for a person to commit
suicide is hereby abrogated.

NOTE
Suicide. "Felo de se or suicide is, where
post-mortem had not been performed. The Trial Court has taken
note of the fact that the father of the deceased and her brother ... offence. The Sessions Court has also
taken note of the suicide note left by the deceased wherein she
had taken the entire blame on herself
committing suicide and whether appellants or
any one of them had been quality of murdering her.
Prosecution Case
It will be apposite to note ... commit suicide it would be natural that she would
