abetted the deceased
to commit suicide. For the sake of ready reference, relevant
portion of the suicide note is extracted below:
"The money ... have abetted commission of suicide
by the deceased. It was also argued that since as per the
suicide note, the deceased owed some money
respondents herein. The said first information report is based on
three suicidal notes written by Sujatha - the deceased; one to the police
department and public ... deceased committed suicide by jumping from a running train on 26/3/2006.
Relying on or on the basis of the suicide note, a first
first
information report.
13. Ex. P.8 is the suicide note of the deceased which reads
as under:

"Nobody is responsible ... necessity for her to commit suicide? Why should she write

in her suicide note to leave her children in her mother's
house
these witnesses, it does not come out that Bindu committed
suicide only and only because of the so-called ill-treatment
by the mother ... relied heavily. This appears to
be in the nature of suicide note or put it more correctly it
happens to be the last letter written
that also she had attempted to commit suicide in
the year, 2002. She left behind a suicide note, a copy of
which is at page ... committing suicide. Hence, the death certainly
can not be said to have occurred under normal
circumstances. We have been taken through the suicide note
house facilitated the commission of suicide
by the deceased and thus, the appellant intentionally aided the
commission of suicide by the deceased. The evidence ... deceased
to commit suicide and has not done any act which could be said
to have facilitated the commission of suicide by the deceased
case of suicide and little
physical contact between the accused and the deceased was the primary

reason. It was noted that the accused ... noted above State preferred
an appeal. It was the primary stand that some thing must have happened
otherwise the victim would not have committed suicide
suicide. The trial Court by order dated 1.11.1998
framed charge under Section 302 read with Section 34 RPC. As the trial Court itself noted ... Multtani 's case (supra) it was noted as follows:
"29. At this stage, we may note the difference in the legal position between
some
extent objectionable, but no case of dowry death or
abetment of suicide is made from this part of her
statement.
6. That prosecution ... broken, which rules out the case of suicide, is contrary to medical evidence.
The High Court noted that to bring in application of Section
January, 1996. It is also to be noted, at this
stage, that prior to his suicide, the deceased, Bitra Nagarjuna Rao
expressed before his brother
