Both the parents and sister of Isham
committed suicide on 30.03.2019. A suicide note was found wherein it was
inter alia alleged that the petitioners ... lead them to
commit suicide.
17. There is one more aspect which needs a reference. If the entire
suicide note is perused carefully, apart from
omission to
bring about the suicide.
11. In spite of our best efforts
and microscopic examination of the
suicide note and the FIR, all that ... 17th October 2003,
Saurav Mahajan committed suicide by jumping in front of
the train. A suicide note was seized from the the
pocket
implicated to be the person responsible
for suicide of the deceased. After reproducing the
said suicide note, Their Lordships observed thus at
paragraph 15 -

5 It is the contention of informant that he learnt that
deceased had left behind suicide note in which ... cannot be blamed for suicide of such person
even if he has blamed such persons for suicide in suicide note like

proved.
13. We may now examine the purported suicide
note
purported to have left behind by the deceased.
In his evidence the Appellant ... cross examination, has denied that the xerox
copy of the suicide note was made over to him by the
accused Appellant No.1 for investigation
instigated or
resulted in the commission of suicide by
deceased Pranab Kumar Nag.
Apart from the suicide note, there is no
allegation made ... Petitioners -accused intended to abet death or cause suicide
of late Shri. Gopal Kale. Suicide note was at the most, in the nature of
Departmental
pasted on the wall of the
room where he committed suicide. The said suicide note makes a
reference to the petitioner and it is alleged ... element of intention to aid or instigate or
to abet suicide. The suicide note cannot be conclusively taken to
establish any such instigation or abetment
