occurrence uptil the suicide of the deceased and reading the FIR with the
suicide note, the offence was sufficiently established ... resulted in the commission of suicide
by deceased Pranab Kumar Nag.
7. Apart from the suicide note, there is no allegation made by
the complainant
Singh Hira and his son Amritpal alias Lovely committed suicide
and left a suicide note to the effect that his wife Kamaljit Kaur
alias Bholi ... accused therein and their son had committed suicide and
there was a suicide note to the effect that Kamaljit Kaur, wife of the
deceased Darshan
went to her house, whereas Asha Rani
committed suicide by jumping in a canal. In suicide note recovered from
her bag, she categoricaly alleged that ... them to Ms.
Asha Rani for committing suicide, who otherwise in her suicide note has
nowhere leveled specific allegation, if any, against the petitioner, rather
