left with no option but to commit
suicide. He submits that the contents of the
suicide note and other investigation papers would
unequivocally indicate that ... that case also the deceased
who was driver, committed suicide by writing
suicide note in following words:-
"I am going to commit suicide

found in the pocket of Mahadeo were seized under a panchnama ... steps
he was intending to take on the basis of the suicidal note. He used to

10. The suicide note shows that, the deceased was depressed
and therefore had approached his parents ... shown as

to be assumed to be true. It shows that
intention that
Chandrakant should commit suicide, instigated an
act of commission of suicide by Chandrakant and
ultimately Chandrakant committed suicide, and died
on 12th April ... intentional aiding to the commission of
suicide by the accused. The contents of the
suicide note and other attending circumstances
have to be examined
