husband Anvay Madhukar Naik in his own
handwriting in English( suicide note). The handwriting in the
said note is his handwriting and the signature ... mental pressure
and that he committed suicide by hanging on 5 May 2018;
(iii) There is a ‗suicide note‘ holding the above three individuals responsible

he has consumed poisonous substance. During
investigation, one suicide note of the deceased was

23. Generally, the person who commits suicide used to/liked to
leave a suicide note naming certain person as responsible ... company. Merely because a
person who has committed suicide, has left a suicide note immediately one
cannot jump to a conclusion that it is enough
