suppression of material facts by the petitioners. The
learned counsel for the respondents has given out that
all the petitioners filed ... candid manner and if they do
not do so and suppressed any material fact and
thereby obtained a Rule-nisi or notice or stay order
nature.

2 It appears from the materials on record that the petitioner herein
was appointed sometimes in the year 1991 purely ... required to be rejected on the
ground that the petitioner has suppressed material facts and has not come
forward with the true and correct facts
application solely on the
following five grounds :
(i) The petitioner has suppressed the material and
relevant facts that the petitioner had given an option that ... Agricultural University Employees'
Pension Rules, 1974.
(iii) The petitioner has suppressed the material facts that
she had worked for 6 days only as Office
candidate as a full time lecturer. Miss. Swami has
suppressed the fact that the respondent management had
published an advertisement in the daily news paper ... committee and has filed
Application No.66/97 wherein she has suppressed material fact
that the respondent college has already appointed a person
resuming the duty. It is submitted that the
petitioner has suppressed material fact that after 27.9.2012, he has joined as
a driver on daily wager ... petitioner continued
to work till 18.12.2014. It is submitted that the suppression of the said aspect
clearly reflects the intention of the petitioner

material facts the captioned petition is require to be
dismissed. "

ground i.e. suppression of material fact which is going to
the root of the case
