deed and one of the trustees by name Krishanapattar had died. The remaining
trustees by name Nagalingam Chettiar ... only legal heir of Late
Muthusamy Chettiar and the only surviving trustee of Sri Thiruvengadam
Chettiar Charities.

trustees appointed by Chellathammal executed released

amendment of the plaint
consequent to the death of the surviving trustee. The applicant is one of the
trustees. The sole plaintiff died on March
first group of trustees (original petitioners) or
the other group of trustees (applicants) after inclusion or exclusion of
some of the trustees ... absence of other trustees if there is no dispute amongst the
trustees. No doubt there are disputes amongst the trustees inter se but
by that
appointment of the trustees does not exclude female
heirs of Jogindra Nath to be considered as trustees which is discernible
