democratic manner by prescribing the qualification for
appointing Trustees in consultation with of the Senior

of the order seriously prejudices ... petitioners had resigned and
their resignations were validly accepted and two
trustees were elected in their place cannot be gone into.
5. In my view
first petitioner is the Trust, which was
represented by the Trustee. During the pendency of the writ
petition, the Trust was taken over ... file fresh petition, this writ petition
by the Trust would not survive for consideration. The writ
petition is therefore dismissed.
