caste and the occupation professed is not
sufficient to establish that ... surname reflected in the documents
produced as being synonymous with the name of the
designated caste in itself may not be sufficient
to establish caste
synonymous to
tailoring work. In all the documents, the word "tribe" is not used, but the
word "caste" is used. These
petitioner were not properly considered by respondent no.1
Committee and her caste claim was wrongly held invalid.

maternal grandfather of petitioner, caste mentioned is "Darji". The
