CASTE 'MEDAL' MENTIONED AT SL.NO.37 IN
CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED ... amendment where
under a particular name describing the scheduled
caste/tribe which is synonymous and equivalent
to the already existing entry is inserted
/included/added
being one
and the same. i.e., synonymous, the petitioner ought
to have been given a caste certificate of Beda
Jangama being a Schedule Caste ... holder of the certificate.
12. Merely because the caste Jangama and Beda Jangama
are synonymous, the petitioner without establishing
: 12 :
that he belongs to Beda
specifies 'Bhoyi' as the name of caste. He vehemently
contends that there is no caste as 'Bovi' or 'Bhovi ... caste itself is false, misleading and unacceptable
for the reason that no such caste is provided in the
categories specified under the caste stated supra
