subsequent payment, viz. subscriptions, that as per the Tamil Nadu Chit Funds Act , the
foremen is entitled to 5% commission, and the sum was adjusted ... amount payable to the foremen, as per
provisions available under Tamilnadu Chit Funds Act, which were not properly
considered by the District Forum, resulting
resolved only under
section 65 of the Tamilnadu Chits Funds Act and there cannot be any deficiency in
service by the appellants. The complainant ... should be
disposed of only under Section 65 of the Tamilnadu Chit Funds Act. Under Section 3
of Consumer Protection
applied for obtaining the relevant record under the
provision of Tamil Nadu Chit Fund Act.
