fencing. In fact Krishnamoorthy was aware about the tapping
pump house in the said land. He had unauthorizedly
tapped electricity from electricity line of pump house to
the solar fencing and barbed wire fencing ... apparatus with any electric
line through which electricity is supplied by
a licensee or disconnects the same from
any such electric line
