Learned Private Counsel contends that there were

Deeds and thus there was absolutely
maintenance of temple in question and also
for periodic jaatra, gains support from the long &
uninterrupted entries standing in the revenue records which
enjoy ... Revenue Act, 1964. There is of course a sporadic entry for
the year 1975-76 wherein along with a member of the
Temple Managing Committee
Section 114 of Indian Evidence Act, 1872, as argued by
learned counsel for the Petitioners. Rightly or wrongly,
these entries were continuing for decades ... Representation dated 25.07.2016
and also to restore the entries in favour of the 1st
Petitioner - Temple in respect of the subject land within a
period

Reforms, 1961 or Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams
Abolition Act, 1955. They also make submissions in
justification of the impugned orders ... ready
& willing to make reasonable periodical contribution for the
maintenance of temple proportionally to the extent of their
land holding under the impugned orders

5. The petitioner claims to represent Mylaralingeshwara
Temple which is situated at Devarabelakere Village. The
petitioner is a temple, which is sought ... temple was reflected in
the revenue records, but, on the basis of a Circular dated
23.04.1999, the name of the temple has been omitted
