Hence these appeals.
In challenging this order, Shri Bhaskar P. Gupta
permits as may be ascertained after the
passing of an order of transfer of permits and take delivery of the
vehicles after such payment ... suit. In the said suit, prayer for
temporary injunction was made and an ex-parte order of injunction
was passed. According to the plaintiff
application temporary
injunction was granted by the Trial Court to the same effect. On appeal
to the High Court, the said order was affirmed. Hence ... aside the order made by the High Court
affirming the order of the Trial Court granting temporary injunction. It is
open to the parties
either
party. The Standing Orders also provided that the "services of all
canteen employees will be on temporary basis extendable on six
