applicable and on death of the tenant the
right of tenancy shall devolve for a period of five years from

Defendant
propositus Heerappa was the tenant in
respect of the properties and tenancy devolves on his sons
under Section 24 of the Karnataka Land Reforms ... Heerappa as a tenant, and after the demise
of Heerappa, tenancy would devolve upon all the three
children. The contesting defendants have failed to
establish
established acquisition of tenancy in respect of A
schedule properties, on the other hand the plaintiffs have
established that tenancy of A schedule properties ... Ramachandra and Mahabaleshwar on their
own. It is contended that, tenancy being heritable right,
devolved upon all 4 sons of Gajanan Hegde including
plaintiffs
must also be observed that this right devolves

regarding the flow of right both under moolageni and vola
moolageni tenancy.
42. The recitals in Exs.P4 to 9 make it clear ... right in respect of the
remaining extent of land measuring 0.23 cents devolved on
her daughter- Mrs. Emilia Sequeira. Similarly, upon the death
defendant No.1 and Land Tribunal has also
noted that the tenancy was inherited by Imamsab, the
father of Form No.7 applicant ... after his demise they
