moved ... Counsel seeks to incorporate, therein, by reference, the grounds for
revocation of the tender of pardon extended to the respondent, it

15. With respect to the submissions regarding revocation of the Tender
and opening of the Financial Bid on 12th July, 2024, learned ... counsel

6. What followed the opinion tendered by Advisory Board was the revocation of the detention order dated 3rd June
