photographs of the
suspects whom they intended to place in the TI parade, made
it farcical. If really the investigating agency was satisfied that ... were in fact amongst the miscreants, the question of
holding the TI parade in respect of them for their identification
could not have arisen

of the present applicant, prima facie, there appears to be
substance ... photographs of the accused were published in the
newspaper prior to TI parade. According to learned
advocate for the applicant, they are cousins

this Court by order dated 04.04.2018, has also

CCTV footage. Except recovery of knife
hearing, it appears that the
applicant is not put to TI parade nor any mobile phone or gold
ring is recovered from the applicant ... becomes insignificance or irrelevant, when the applicant is
neither identified through TI parade nor mobile phone or gold
ring is recovered from the applicant. Therefore
incident belongs to the son of the applicant and no TI
parade is arranged by the investigating agency. No any past
