dealing in the business of Timeshare Resorts for vacations. OP No.1
had its head office was situated ... commencing w.e.f. 01.01.1998. The OPs had
issued "Timeshare customer ID" 94773 in 1996. Therefore, the
Complainant was time share holder
Commission, it was the case of the complainants that they purchased a Timeshare Apartment No.10 for the holiday of Toshali Royal View Resort, Shimla ... they did not pay any heed. The complainants have last utilized the timeshare from 12.6.2013 to 16.6.2013 where no bill number was marked

for membership of timeshare and travelling and room management.
When the complainant resisted on the ground
learned District Forum failed to appreciate that the respondents have entered into timeshare agreement. The respondents never approached the appellants for the allotment
case of the complainant is that he became a member of
Sterling Timeshare Scheme floated by the O.Ps and deposited ... could not avail of the facilities for which he had
taken the timeshare membership of the O.Ps.
10. It was therefore not only deficiency

that in the event the apartment not being available at the timeshare purchased
