the present case. He also refused for TIP proceedings. Further
investigation was carried out. Statement of witnesses were recorded ... TIP as the complainant has already seen him
during robbery. Ex.A2 is TIP of accused Amber Jafri as per which
he has refused
this regard. She identified
the appellants in the Court after they refused TIP, when she came to know
about their names. According to her, Sheikh ... jail in TIP before the learned MM. However as the
accused refused, no TIP was conducted.
14. As regards the other accused i.e. Nasiruddin
present case. It
is also submitted that the petitioner even refused TIP.

With respect to appellant Ajay, it was contended that he refused
TIP on 21st February, 2012 (Ex.PW31/C), but on 23rd February ... CrPC
admitted his arrest from Surat, Gujarat. Further, he also refused
TIP on 6th February, 2013 without any reason as reflected
friend Amit on 10.06.2021.
5. The applicant/petitioner also refused to join TIP proceedings on

identified the accused persons in the court by pointing ... persons were remanded to J/C. On
18.03.2015, during Judicial TIP accused Zafar @ Bengali refused to
participate in TIP in Tihar Jail. He obtained
point X. Thereafter,
accused persons were asked to join judicial TIP, but they refused. On
20.08.2015 TIP of gold chain was conducted. Necessary record ... drawn against accused
persons, in the wake of them refusing to join TIP proceedings vide
proceedings
before
the Ld. MM concerned, both the accused persons refused to participate in
the TIP proceedings. Thereafter, on his separate application, both the
accused persons ... accused Danish @ Parvej arising on the basis of refusal to join TIP, stands
washed off. So, this argument of Ld. Sub. Addl. PP for State
deposed that accused Ankur refused to join the TIP
