insisted to levy the shortfall as per clause 11 of the
TNERC. Adding further, he has stated that when the check meter arrangement
was provided
Regulation 5(2)(1) of the Supply Code vide notification No.TNERC/SC/7/1 dated
21.7.2004. Adding further, the learned standing counsel also contended
comply the formalities as per Regulation 31(1) and (2) of the TNERC
Electricity Distribution Code which mandates as under:
