Healed scar 1 cm x 0.75 cm on the left mastoid area.
Tracheotomy tube removed from the tracheotomy wound on the
front of neck ... infection could be caused in this
case, if proper care of the Tracheotomy tube or wound was not taken. The
lung was congested
each pleural cavity and trachea showed tracheotomy, lungs were
congested, full of puss. Liver, spleen and kidneys were also congested.

2. Abrasion and swelling of left foot was present.
3. Tracheotomy wound was present.
4. Healed stitched wound present on right parietal region
right leg. He had marked contractures of the limbs. He had a tracheotomy scar in the neck. Patient was very much agitated and was shouting
ligature mark underneath sub cutaneous tissue showed
ecchymosis and underneath muscles contused. Tracheotomy
wound was present. I found the following injuries:-
1. Pale coloured contusion
amount for his treatment in the hospital.
Further, he was treated for tracheotomy closure. In addition to this, he was
hospitalized for 70 days
were there and there was no eye opening.
The patient was on tracheotomy, pupils were unequal and fixed. The patient
was operated on the same
right femur, interlocking nail for fracture left tibia and
PEG and tracheotomy and also remained on ventilatory support. It is further
the contention
again from 08.04.2014 to 06.05.2014. He was operated on 26.02.2014 and
his tracheotomy was done, whereby a tube was inserted in his lungs
evidence that during the period of hospitalization tracheotomy had
