The application for contempt was filed on March 11, 2011 on the allegation
that they have come to know of such transfer on September ... transferred in complete violation of the order
of this Court.
With the aforesaid directions, the application for contempt of court stands
disposed of.
The rule
submits that after the filing of the
application for contempt the alleged contemnor
no. 1 had been transferred as an Assistant
Teacher to Rajnowagarh
post and the Principal has already
been transferred.
Accordingly, rule issued by this Court is discharged. Contempt
application is disposed of accordingly.
