In paragraph 5 of the affidavit, it was stated that opposite parties to the contempt application were already declared ... contempt application were well within their rights to execute the sale deed till 28th March, 2006 on which date they were restrained from transferring
appeal.
The application for contempt was filed on March 11, 2011 on the allegation
that they have come to know of such transfer on September ... transferred in complete violation of the order
of this Court.
With the aforesaid directions, the application for contempt of court stands
disposed of.
