examination, he admitted that since
they reached village Khadkhad and entire procedure of trap
was carried out, there was no electricity power. He has also ... hear the
conversation and view the incident at the time of trap
procedure. He has deposed that at the time of trap while they
reached
details and after necessary preliminary inquiry and procedure, the ACB Inspector arranged for the trap. It is alleged that the complainant was asked ... prepared by him prior to the arrangement of the trap or trapping procedure on 14th February, 1986.

not challenge much against the procedural part of the trap and, therefore,

stated that the Trap Laying Officer did the necessary
procedure and as far as the trap is concerned, the witness
has stated that
supported the case of the
prosecution and has narrated the procedure for the trap that was
undertaken by the Trap Laying Officer ... Trap Laying Officer.

Juvansinh Gohil examined at Exhibit 29 is the Trap Laying Officer,
who has narrated the procedure
panchnama at Exh. 32 and has deposed regarding the pre-
trap procedure undertaken at the DCB Police Station,
Valsad, when he and the other panch ... were present. He narrated
the steps allegedly carried out from the pre-trap
