directing the OPs/appellants in both the cases
to issue duplicate travelers cheques to the tune of 8000 USD each and to pay
interest ... anybody else; he traveled by a bus in which he left the pouch containing the
travelers cheques; when the said pouch was detected

cheques having been declared as lost and stolen by the respondents, the

cheques and to sell foreign currency notes/coins and also to stock ... sell

travel, for that, they have purchased the Traveller Cheques of the first
