2006 to the extent of not granting TRCA (time related continuity
allowance) for the period 17th June, 2000 to 3rd September ... respondent had been
appointed on regular basis from 28th July, 1998, the TRCA could not be
denied to him on any of the grounds alleged
entitled to a sum equivalent to the amount of his basic TRCA
plus dearness allowance for the period of notice at the same
rates ... them immediately before the
termination of his engagement. The due amount of TRCA plus
dearness allowance is being remitted through Money Order in
lieu
EDDA since 01.01.1976 to
24.12.2004; and received Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA)
every month and not any pay, his duty was fixed for minimum
GDSBPM/Rectt./2012-13 dated 02.07.2012 with immediate
effect. The due TRCA+D.A. is being remitted to the candidate
in form of money order ... this
office.

TRCA+ D.A. in the form of money order in lieu of one
