"Trustee cannot delegate - A trustee cannot delegate
his office or any of his duties
trustees are bound to exercise their judgment and
no one co-trustee can delegate these functions to
his co-trustee or to any other person ... Indian Trust
Act, which read thus-
47. Trustee cannot delegate. - A trustee cannot
delegate his office or any of his duties either

9. Section 47 of the Indian Trust Act provides that a trustee cannot delegate his office ... provides for delegation of the office by the trustee or delegation of any of the duties by the trustees to a co-trustee
