appellant had sought guidelines framed by UGC for
pursuing the same Degree again, for acquiring more knowledge or securing higher
marks from the same University ... that the UGC had not notified any regulations on
pursuing of two Degrees simultaneously.
DECISION

5. The Commission finds that information sought
both the degrees in the year i.e., June 2009 clearly indicates the fact that the petitioner has studied two degrees simultaneously in the same ... acceptance of the candidature of persons, who had undergone two different degrees simultaneously in W.P.No.30299 of 2012 and the Writ Petition
appeared in the University exam
by pursuing two degrees of M.A. as well as B.Ed simultaneously contrary to
the rules of examination. Thereafter
two heirs, the one who has fewer or no
degrees of ascent is preferred.
Rule 2. - Where the number of degrees of ascent ... with the
same degree of ascent and descent to take simultaneously. The
illustration reads as under:-
(i) The competing heirs are two agnates
alleging that
the 4th respondent obtained two Degrees, i.e., LLB
Degree and B.P.Ed. Degree simultaneously in violation
of University Rules and Regulations ... past two
