further submitted that prosecution has made allegations that the
petitioner has two PAN Cards. No investigation has been done by the
prosecution in this respect ... Court. It was
also alleged that the petitioner is having two PAN Cards but that is
not a criminal offence. The same attracts the provisions
delay in issuing the refund as the
deceased assessee was having two PAN numbers, which required
deletion/deactivation of one PAN number.

9. As far as the issue of deceased assessee having two PAN numbers is
concerned, this Court finds that the petitioner had initially filed
cases and she could be arrested after about two
years of registration of cases. In FIR No.263/08, the complaint Mr.Harish

the above referred cases, it cannot be said
credit facilities.
