Counsel for the petitioners states that there is some typographical
error in the Memo of Parties as instead of State of Haryana, the State
court. To the mind of this Court, probably
it is a typographical error. The spirit of the order does reflect that the lower
appellate court
shown as the sons of Jatinder Singh, which is an
inadvertent typographical error.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3
states
Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant states that
due to typographical error in the statement of complainant, Section 323 IPC
has been repeated twice
mentioned in the order inadvertently. Since there was
a typographical error in the summoning order dated 04.04.2016, the
petitioner moved an application seeking clarification
counsel for the petitioner has outrightly submitted that
there is some typographical error in the head note and prayer of the
petition. In fact, prayer
compromised between the parties. He further
states that there is some typographical error in the statement of the
complainant, wherein he has stated that
derive any benefit from this mistake as it is only a
typographical error. Had the amount of Rs.4 lakh actually been borrowed
shown as Annexure P-1 and it is because
of some typographical error that instead of Annexure A-1, it has been typed
as Annexure
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is
typographical error in para No.3 of the petition. The date of birth of the
petitioner
