ASI registered a case as UDR No. 9/93 and sent
requisition to the Executive Magistrate to draw inquest ... basis of which the said ASI had registered a
case as UDR 9/93 under Section 174 of the
Criminal Procedure Code regarding unnatural death
dispute
regarding her death and even as per the Unnatural Death Report
(UDR) exhibit Ex.P.20, lodged by the appellant with the local police ... Though
there is difference in the amount but nonetheless in the UDR
complaint in Ex.P20 the appellant has admitted of taking
written report was made and therefore, initially a
case was registered as UDR 27/93 and another Case being
Cr.No.120/93 was registered
Police as per Ex.P-4 which is registered as
an UDR complaint suspecting the murder of Dorathi Kutinho and he requested
the Police ... find out the
cause of death. The case was registered in UDR No.5/2006 and thereafter
Autopsy was conduced by PW-1 Dr. Pradeep
counsel also argued that Respondent No.2 who was
the informant in UDR case gave an identical statement that his
father was in financial distress
