Committee constituted by the UGC
consisting of the Chairman and Secretary, UGC, former Director, NCERT,
former Member of the UGC, Vice-Chancellor, Central University ... UGC, in exercise of its powers conferred under clauses (e) and (g) of
Section 26(1) of the UGC Act, issued the UGC (Minimum Qualification
Shri S.Krishnamoorty appearing for the UGC
contended that notification issued by the UGC for NET
Examination 2012 having clearly stipulated that
equivalence of Post ... condition. It is
submitted that decision of the UGC declaring petitioner
disqualified in the UGC NET Examination, 2012 dated
24.06.2012 is erroneous and deserves
thus:-
