apprehended by the police
authorities on the allegation that they belong to ULFA
cadre. It is the case of the petitioners that one Jintu Gogoi ... they used to hire innocent
youths from the villages to recruit in ULFA.

Biraj Gogoi is
an active member of the banned terrorist organization ULFA(I), and is
engaged in various activities and transactions of large sums ... frequent contact through
watsapp with Rohini Gogoi, an active cadre of ULFA(I), who
introduced him with Aidyaman Axom, an active cadre of ULFA
accused Dimbeswar Nath and found some objectionable documents relating to
ULFA and seized the same vide exhibit-4 seizure list, wherein he put his signature ... house of Dimbeswar Nath, he found some
incriminating documents relating to ULFA and accordingly seized those documents
vide exhibit-4 seizure list. During investigation
that he came to know
from reliable source that some newly recruited ULFA(I) cadres, namely, 1) Smti
Samistha Saikia, 2) Sri Jayanta Saikia ... youths from different parts of Lakhimpur District to join in the
banned ULFA(I) organization by engaging some local youths through social
media, such
that he came to know

It is noticed that the accused petitioner has been in judicial custody since
that he came to know
