with one Chandra Nath Gogoi as both of them gave shelter to ULFA
members in their house. On 15.08.2004 and prior to the said date ... applicant assisted the
unlawful organization in carrying out the unlawful activities of ULFA.
Ms. Jahan, the learned Addl. P.P without controverting the submission
establishment of an independent country for Nagas,
“United Liberation Front of Assam, (ULFA)” for creation of a separate nation
for Assamese and “People Liberation Army
before police by stating that you that the complainant being an ULFA
demanded money and he will put the complainant in jail.
The accused cheated
them to take up arms and for that
matter he requested the ULFA, the banned organization, for help.
The F.I.R. in this case
possession of the accused persons. They are stated to
be suspected ULFA cadre assisting Ex-GNLA and ULFA cadre.
Considering the gravity of the offence
upon creating law and
order problem. Many organizations such as Naxal movement, ULFA and ISIS are
waging war within our country using illegal fire arms

blast ... that on 05.08.2004 while he was at home in the evening suddenly ULFA
members including "Peasanna Bhuyan" along with others threatened
support to the fact that he was involved providing assistance to

The petitioner has been in custody for 50 days.

lacs from the
informant in the letter pad of ULFA and about 7 years of the occurrence, the accused person was
arrested
