same rules, the unapproved plot of another individual was
approved on 11.10.2012 of which, the petitioner acquired ... plots".
8. Consequently, regularization of one's plot, does not
necessarily give right to other for regularization of his
unapproved plot and particularly

01.10.2013, whereby the unapproved plots in an extent ... cents, approached the 2nd
respondent by filing representation seeking regulation of
unapproved plot
that
there has been 30 feet road existing since beginning and all plots
either side of this 30 feet road shows the said road ... that
