(1) As per the procedure for conversion of unapproved plot of
land into urban plot of land, it is first surrendered to JDA. After
transaction, extent of plot may be obtained by applying for Encumbrance Certificate from
the Registration Department by paying fees under Registration ... plots which were sold, it was
