(1) As per the procedure for conversion of unapproved plot of
land into urban plot of land, it is first surrendered to JDA. After
transaction, extent of plot may be obtained by applying for Encumbrance Certificate from
the Registration Department by paying fees under Registration ... plots which were sold, it was
informed that map was not given by the vendor since it is an unapproved plot and it could

found. Both these plots were got converted into urban plots ... urban/residential plots.
10. As per the ld AR, two unapproved society plots of land (plot No.
B-142 & Plot No. B-143) were
complainant at the time of registration was not an approved one but a forged, as the plot Nos.284 and 285 were then ... Plot Nos. 210 and 211 are in the remote corner of the project, not accessible and has a very low value. The Plot
