labour court has come to
conclusive finding that the workman was absent
unauthorizedly during the relevant period mentioned in the
pay-slips and there ... remaining
unauthorized absent. Similarly Ext. M-19 is of dt. 27.8.88
wherefrom it appears that the workman was absent
unauthorizedly since 6.7.88 and was directed
basis of which the petitioner was shown to be unauthorizedly
absent was not produced before the labour court by the
respondent/establishment and thus ... remain absent and would be
diligent towards his duties and further they assured that in case if the

petitioner remains absent unauthorizedly then
regular to his duties and since 18.11.2017 he is
unauthorizedly absent for more than 750 days. It is claimed that ... appellant had executed an
undertaking stating that if he is unauthorizedly absent in future, he
can be removed from service. As such he is called
dismissed on this ground alone. That the claimant

(ii) The conclusion arrived by the departmental authorities that the petitioner
had wilfully and unauthorizedly absented himself from duty
insubordination or disobedience of lawful or reasonable order of employer and unauthorized absentism found in the departmental enquiry;
