8. The some of unmarked documents available with the records of District
Forum where called for by this commission
aside.
The Commission below failed to go through the documents
filed by the opposite party and also wrong in concluding;
that the opposite party adopted ... name of his grand-children not
marked them. The unmarked documents cannot be looked into.
The Complaint was filed in the year 2017, mentioning
document. This document cannot be treated as a piece of evidence as per the evidence Act. On other hand, the Ext.P3 document ... important document. On other side, the Forum below considered these unmarked documents and other side of totally discarded. What was the norm adopted
