title to the defendant. In the said judgement, the hon'ble Supreme Court ... adopt the
fair family arrangement formula for getting the benefit of unregistered
compromise decree, the respondent ought to have included the plaintiffs also
arrangement no question of registration of the
compromise arose and (ii) even if the compromise was
unregistered it would operate clearly as estoppel against
respondents ... compromise and, therefore, no question of registration of
the compromise in this case arose. Secondly it was contended
that even if the compromise was unregistered
that payment and
acceptance of rent made in terms. of the unregistered,
compromise petition did not give rise to a right of tenancy ... that
