that the plaintiffs have sold the property in an unregistered sale deed in favour

7. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused
suit is
pivoted on an unregistered sale agreement dated 06.03.2007 [Ex.A1]
between the plaintiff and the 'first respondent in this Second Appeal ... registered sale

being unregistered, would obviously have not come
