their contention
that the plaintiffs have sold the property in an unregistered sale deed in favour
of Ramanathan Chettiyar for a valuable consideration ... ground that the plaintiffs have

7. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused
suit is
pivoted on an unregistered sale agreement dated 06.03.2007 [Ex.A1]
between the plaintiff and the 'first respondent in this Second Appeal ... registered sale
deed in favour of one V.Ramakrishnan on 03.07.2008. Ex.A1 sale deed
being unregistered, would obviously have not come
agreement for sale. Section 54 of the Transfer of Property
