Officer
had failed to trace accused Hardeep Singh and had
submitted untraced report on 6.11.2016, which was sent to
the Office of Supervisory Officer ... guidelines, but despite
that the petitioner again had prepared and submitted
untraced report on 17.1.2017 and Dy.SP(HQ) had again
found that efforts made
passed by learned Special Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala in
untrace report registered as Cr. Misc. A. No. 70/2010,
whereby learned trial Judge has dismissed ... objections to
the report filed by the petitioner and accepted the untrace
report.
2. The record reveals that the petitioner was
working on daily wage
criminal case, though repeatedly Investigating agency
filed untraced reports, but fact remains that those were not accepted
by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate ... which date, Court concerned being not satisfied with the untraced
report, directed the police to further investigate the matter. Since on
