sentence dated 03rd June, 2002 passed by
the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Veraval, in Sessions Case
No.174 of 1999, whereby the learned Additional Session ... case is transferred to the Sessions Court, Junagadh.
Thereafter, the learned Judge, Veraval framed charge at Exhibit 1
against the appellant and read over
case of the prosecution that the accused obtained certificate
from Mamlatdar, Veraval to the effect that he is residing at Village
: Devalia - Nesh, Taluka : Talala ... falling Rabari Community as Scheduled Caste. He obtained such
certificate from Mamlatdar, Veraval and on the basis of that he got
