appellant were seized and he signed on the panchnama. He changed his
version and stated that the police did not seize and seal the blood ... hole of the door does not
inspire confidence. He has changed his version frequently. At one stage,

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of changed version regarding
theft of vehicle and leaving ignition key in the vehicle ... were negligent in leaving the key

PW 1 categorically stated that
