complainant had stated that there were two assailants.
However, subsequently, he changed the version and stated that the

recorded wherein he improved his earlier version and stated that he had
seen the accused persons and identified them before ... cross examination which was
conducted on the same day, PW1 again changed his version and stated
that accused persons are not the same persons
recalled for examination on 22.8.2012

the alleged date of arrest
they identified the dead body of deceased
Sanjay. This witness has changed his version on the next day of his
examination and has stated that
Addl.P.P. for the State, however, he did not change his version as given in
his examinationinchief.

examination Mr. Ajit Kumar Verma
had, slightly but on material aspects, changed his version and stated that out of
the three boys, who had committed
