Section 2(wa) of the Code of Criminal Procedure code
defines ''victim'' to mean a person who has suffered any loss
given a notice. Section 2 (ec) of the Act defines victim and is as under :-
"3. Section 2 .- (ec) "victim" means ... reveals that the victim Daya Ram and Lakhpat were alleged to have been individuals who had suffered acts as defined under Section 3 read with
