According to the relevant provisions in the Manual ... procedure in respect of trap cases vide Para 705 of
the Railway Vigilance Manual, which reads as under:

For Departmental Traps
Alleppey, there was a decoy-check by a team of Southern
Railway Vigilance Organization. Before starting the check at
